the location is great near souq waqif. the breakfast had many choices including local options. my room included a bidet, which i always appreciate. i also used the gym, and it had sufficient equipment for a good workout.

the hotel's location was excellent. it was very close to the souq waqif. the metro line was also nearby. the rooftop swimming pool was really nice too. it was a comfortable area for relaxation.
the wi-fi connection wasn't very reliable! it had speed issues. also, housekeeping didn't always restock items. sometimes towels were missing, other times coffee was missing. i noticed the hotel charged for room-to-room calls, apply, twice.

The hotel location is convenient for exploring the Souq Waqif area. The breakfast options available were satisfying and sufficient for starting the day. The staff I encountered were friendly and ready to assist with requests. They handled my inquiries efficiently.
I observed dust on the curtains and some areas in my room needs better cleaning. there was a delay in getting towels delivered after I requested them. This caused some inconvenience as I had to wait longer than I expected.

The room service was slow, and it took multiple calls over 20 minutes to get a response.. i had to ask for everything repeatedly. also, the parking situation was a disaster. It was very difficult to find a spot and navigate. the location was the only good thing, but even that didn't make up for the poor service and inconvenient parking..

the hotel location is really convenient. it sits in the center of the area. the standard room i booked was big. it also had very good sound proofing.
the towels and other amenities in my room were only prepared for one person upon arrival. also, my room was not cleaned on the second day. the assortment at breakfast could have been more varied, instead of the same items every day.
